1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bk11 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bk11 platform located at bk11.games and all associated services, products, and features, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer services, crash games, fishing arcade games, and the bk11 payments cashier ("the Platform").

By accessing the bk11 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by bk11, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bk11 Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the bk11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of the bk11 Platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to the bk11 Platform and all real-money gaming and betting services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk11 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently suspended and all funds associated with that account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register personal gaming accounts on the bk11 Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gaming before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or director of bk11 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have a previously self-excluded or permanently closed bk11 account. Attempting to re-register after permanent exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one bk11 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them.

When registering for a bk11 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. bk11 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk11 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your bk11 account while logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally conducted that activity.

• You must notify bk11 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• bk11 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your bk11 account to any third party. Account ownership is non-transferable.
• bk11 accounts are intended for personal recreational use only. Using your bk11 account for any commercial purpose is prohibited.

Account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. bk11 may request identity documents including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Document review is typically completed within one to three business days.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

bk11 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The bk11 cashier supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed in the bk11 cashier at the time of the transaction.

All deposits to your bk11 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted. bk11 reserves the right to refuse deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder and to return such funds to the source.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically settled within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT withdrawals are processed on the next available blockchain settlement cycle.

bk11 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network may apply their own charges, which are beyond bk11's control. bk11 recommends verifying applicable charges with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once submitted and approved.
• Funds derived from bonus balances may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• bk11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed to require further review.
• All PKR deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted through regulated and licensed payment processors.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bk11 bonuses:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently within the bk11 account system.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the bk11 Platform depends on every user operating in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bk11 Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables, poker rooms, or in any other multiplayer context with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or sports result manipulation in connection with bets placed on bk11.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to bk11 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a bk11 account.
• Creating accounts with false or misleading personal information for any purpose, including bonus farming or circumventing self-exclusion restrictions.
• Using a VPN or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.

bk11 employs advanced fraud detection, behavioural analytics, and third-party identity verification systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will result in immediate escalation and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7 Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

All sports bets placed on bk11 are subject to the bk11 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence except where the Sports Betting Rules explicitly address a specific situation more precisely.

bk11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the following circumstances apply:

• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement window, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion.
• Odds were published as a result of a manifest error, including clearly incorrect pricing or technical malfunction.
• The bet was placed after the actual result of the event was publicly available, regardless of whether the bk11 system had closed the market.
• bk11 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet is connected to suspicious betting activity or potential match manipulation.

Casino game outcomes on the bk11 platform — including all slots, table games, live dealer games, crash games, and fishing arcade games — are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and approved by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by bk11 or by players.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the bk11 Platform — including but not limited to the bk11 logo, brand name, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, software code, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk11 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk11 Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bk11 content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any bk11 content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bk11 Platform using automated tools.
• Use the bk11 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bk11's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action. bk11 actively monitors for unauthorised reproduction of its brand assets and platform content.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk11, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bk11 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other intangible losses.

bk11 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability, and bk11 is not liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory caps or restrictions, bk11's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your bk11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Suspension and Termination

bk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the bk11 Platform or to other users.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order or is a minor.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, bk11 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings held in the account at the time of closure. Real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review obligations.

You may close your bk11 account at any time by contacting bk11 support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within five business days. All open bets and pending bonus wagering requirements will be handled in accordance with the standard terms applicable to each product at the time of closure.

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The outcome of the ADR process is binding on bk11 where required under the terms of its operating licence.

12 Changes to These Terms

bk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in the services offered by bk11, legal requirements, or for any other operational reason at bk11's discretion.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bk11 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the bk11 Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date published on this page, which will be updated to reflect the most recent revision date.

Your continued use of the bk11 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the bk11 Platform and request account closure via live chat support.
